- Look: Dark, dry, richly toned
- Extras: Poles and tier timbers available

What it is, and why it matters.
Tobacco barns were built to breathe, with tall tight walls, hanging poles and air-curing vents. Decades of curing, smoke and weather left boards that are darker, drier and more richly toned than ordinary siding. Many have narrow gaps, original nail patterns and the soft, dry feel of wood that has seasoned for generations.
We salvage tobacco barn siding, poles and tier timbers from Middle Tennessee and nearby farms, then clean and sort them for interior use. Customers around Nashville choose them for accent walls, mantels, tables and ceilings when they want a story that belongs to the region, not a catalog.

Tobacco Barn Wood: common questions
Can you tell me which barn the wood came from?

Does tobacco barn wood smell?
Dried and cleaned boards have a faint, pleasant aged-wood scent. If anything smells strongly we do not sell it for indoor use.
