Floors with a hundred years underfoot.
Reclaimed wood flooring milled from old barns, mills and warehouses, kiln-dried, de-nailed and sorted by color, in widths and species you cannot find new.
- Profile: Tongue-and-groove, square edge or micro-bevel
- Thickness: Commonly three-quarters inch
- Moisture: Kiln-dried for interior use

What it is, and why it matters.
Reclaimed flooring starts as old beams, joists and boards that have been air-dried by time. That stability, plus the tight grain of old-growth species, makes floors that are beautiful, strong and unusually calm. Nail holes, saw marks and color shifts are part of the character you pay for.
We mill reclaimed lumber into tongue-and-groove flooring, kiln-dry and de-nail it, and sort by color and character grade. Nashville homeowners and builders choose it for living rooms, kitchens, lofts and restaurants, where a floor with age changes how the whole room feels.

Reclaimed Wood Flooring: common questions
How much reclaimed flooring should I order?
Add about ten to fifteen percent for waste, more for patterns or lots of cuts. Our estimator shows board feet and square footage with waste included.
Does reclaimed flooring need special care?
Not much. It is finished like any hardwood floor. Because it has character, small dings blend in, which many owners find forgiving.
How do I get a price for reclaimed wood flooring?
Fill in the form or call or text 615-357-7797, ideally with photos and measurements. We confirm what is involved and send a written price.
Ready to talk about reclaimed wood flooring?
Photos and measurements, or a sample visit, and a written price. A real person calls back, usually the same day.
